Our Central Ritual

The Gnostic Mass is the central public and private ritual of OTO. Sekhet Bast Ra is proud to provide many performances of the ritual throughout the year. The schedule can be found on our calendar.

All are welcome to attend our public performances of this sacred ritual. Although Sekhet Bast Ra, like many other OTO bodies, does offer regular classes and events open to the public, the Gnostic Mass is the first exposure most people have to the ritual work of OTO and EGC.

Prior to attending the Mass, it is recommended, but by no means required, that attendees familiarize themselves with the proceedings by reading over a copy of the script. The script can be found online, in Crowley’s Book 4, and in many other publications.
